I wanted to ask that I do not know much about dp, graph, greedy and some optimization algorithms, can I still participate in competitive contests?

Hi, yes you can participate in such contests.

Actually the first few questions almost never involve these topics. And participating in contests is definitely a necessary requisite for fast improvement.
