why li:hover>ul showing the contents of li (which is under ul)
“>” shows the content of the next child only and technically ul has no content in itself.
Combinator selectors
element1>element2 css selector selects all element2 whose parent is element 1
so li:hover > ul is applied to the ul children to the li
