Cin.getline reading string

can we always take the function of cin.get(a,1000); or else we have to write that full concept its just for learning I think every time we just used that function only

generally we are just using sty function type not writing the full code if asked then only we would write its just for learning

Yes, it’s for learning purpose only. You have to understand the back-story how it’s working.
If an interviewer asks you not to use in-built functions, you can tell them this explaination.
