The II layer shown above containing ( 3 * 3 ) matrix contains information regarding (5 * 5) matrix of the I layer.
I coloured it with different colors for your better understanding.
The III layer shown having (1 * 1) matrix contains information regarding (3 * 3) matrix of the II layer.
Therefore we can say that 1 cell of III layer contains information regarding (5 * 5) matrix of the I layer.
