Cant upload the submission files

I completed the assignment but upload the output prediction file

Please follow the instructions as mentioned in the list to check before submitting. Your prediction.csv file has only one column label but as mentioned it should be in the same format as sample_submission file which must consist of two columns one is id that is nothing but index and other is target which is the value predicted by your model.
2.Datatype of the columns of submission file must match with that of the given sample_submission file.
3. 1. The number of rows must be equal to given test cases and number of columns must be equal to the columns given in the sample submission file.

I’m afraid, its still the same issue. The header and noof rows & columns are as it are in the submission file. also just clicking on assignment is enough to label it as green it, is it a bug or usual?

What is the error that you are getting pls attach screenshot it will be more clear. And don’t be afraid just continue learning.
