Can't open the jupyter notebook through command prompt

I actually can’t open the jupyter notebook from cmd. I am using windows currently. I can’t open the jupyter notebook from the cmd. I previously installed the anaconda package I used to open the jupyter notebook in chrome from anaconda prompt but now when I am trying to open the jupyter notebook from cmd Its throwing an error. I followed exactly the same steps…shown in the video. What to do? can you please help? I am very badly stuck…Its showing this in cmd :- ‘jupyter-notebook’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

first thing have you installed jupyter notebook or not ?

and if yes , then run jupyter notebook in cmd

Yes I have installed the jupyter notebook
I installed the total anaconda package which also includes the jupyter notebook in it…

I have run this command but its throwing an error…:-
‘jupyter’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

if you want to use anaconda’s jupyter notebook , then open anaconda command prompt and then run this command there.

But I want to use jupyter notebook from my command prompt interpreter? then what should I do? I also have installed jupyter in my pc using pip install jupyter in my cmd… but still I cant access the jupyter notebook from my cmd… What should I do?

in your local pc , install it using command

pip install jupyterlab

and try command directly as jupyter notebook

Its saying me to update it :-
WARNING: You are using pip version 21.1.3; however, version 21.2.3 is available.
You should consider upgrading via the ‘C:\Users\HP\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps\PythonSoftwareFoundation.Python.3.9_qbz5n2kfra8p0\python.exe -m pip install --upgrade pip’ command.
what should I do now?

Showing me the same error … if i type jupyter-notebook

don’t add that hash in between
remove that and just keep a simple space

no problem in this. you might see that it says installed jupyter notebook
