can you tell me where exactly you are having confusion if you are thinking that its possible to that all get 100% waiver that not true because it may be possible that the value of x is far more greater than y.
for eg: we have 5 students and value of x=100 , m=300, y=10
so only 3 students will get 100% scholarship after that 2 students will buy the discount the coupons and finally total coupons will be 20 which is less than 100 so it not possible to get 100% scholarship.

i’m unable to understand that how we can identify that this question can be done with binarySearch i completely got the question but unable to start the code???

@nigamshubham1998 it all about practice now you know such type of question can be solved using Binary Search then you can apply the same for others questions as well. First try to implement the brute force approach.then use binary search
