hi… so basically ques is to convert from any base to another… which means it can in binary, decimal, octal, hexadecimal or any other base and u have to convert it to any of the other mentioned base

i havent studied any base other than binary and decimal, where can i get those tutorials?

hi… these are taught in college curriculum also… or u can google it out… would hardly take any time to understand these concepts
