Can we write cin>> above the while loop
cin>> is written inside the while loop so we can input till not encounter break. so basically its
just to explain break and continue.
if you use it above while loop it will take only one time input.
yes you can use it above but its just inside to explain once you get the concept you can modify
it to do anything
