Can we solve this question by creating our own comparator which sorts in decreasing order of marks. If marks are same then it can sort in increasing order of name. Will this be a correct approach ?

@vaishnavtannu yes you can use that approach. There is a similar question by the name of “sorting game” i think which uses the same idea. The purpose of this video was however to teach you bucket sort, so you should try coding that out as well and see if it works.
