here it’s How
In 1st step you divide up randomly then in 2nd step you took 20 coin from one side and you let suppose that there are x no. of tail coins in that 20 taken coins then…you assume that there are 20-x coins on other side but how???
As we are blindfold and thick gloves we don’t know whether the coin we have selected contain all tails in this side…So the side can’t be 20-x tail coins…

First, all the coins are in pile A. Move 20 coins to pile B.

If there are now N tails in pile A, there must be (20 - N) tails in pile B, and thus N heads in pile B.

Flip all coins in pile B. There must now be N tails in pile B.
