why take opposite co-odinate x+w,y+h

This is because, in cv2.rectangle(image, start_point_coordinates, end_point_coordinates, color,thickness),
Start point refers to the x and y coordinate of face_section, and for end point we have to take diagonally opposite point to the starting point, and hence we add w to x coordinate and h to y coordinate to get the required diagonally opposite point.
