Why is bitwise anding with 0 doesnt give the corrct output here?

correct code
you have to use brackets
if((0&1)==0)
otherwise it interpret it as
if(0&(1==0))

yup I have watched that but this handling of dp values isnt discussed there

filter the question of bitmasking and start solving them
