attrib [href] and attr (href) ?

there is no such particular difference between them , they do the same task ,
its just they are called in a different way .

For trying dynamic calling this , you need can change the attrib function value easily , just by replacing it with another , but using attr method then you need to worry that you are providing the correct attribute key.
