At max one integer form each subsequence

As in hint video, mentor is saying that at max one integer form each subsequence, i just want to know that , which statement in question tells this, as i didn’t found where it is written that you can only chose atmost one element from each subsequence

@O17CPBTC0061 it is not necessary as it is mentioned in question that it is not always necessary to choose one from one block.

“it is not always necessary to choose one from one block” -> As per my understanding it means you either choose or not choose in one block, it doesn’t means that you cannot more that one item in block.
