I m facing same issue even though I m using updated version of python
Asyncio with 3.8 version
The same code is working for me . Seems like you have multiple python versions installed in your system .
Actually AS jatin sir said in one of lecture to use asyncio you need to use python 3.8 + still, I am facing issue , even though i m importing it in python 3.8.5
Just make sure you have only one python version installed in your system
