Any other way for this problem

in my computer iam able to find the number upto n=13 and i just copied the value from OEIS , but i wanna know is there any other way of doing this question. on OEIS there is a way from which we can calculate upto n=176…
i wanna know the way for n>14

values for large n are calculated with powerful parrallel running machines, and some highly efficient and complex algorithms, which is beyond the scope for any programmer.
There are people researching and publishing papers for large values of n, OEIS library values for such values are in the interests of scientists and researcher.
