Sir if we apply and operator on Numbers than we get smallest number is it??

@tejasddongare well if we apply and on two numbers we will get <= number than those two.

sir only on two numbers or we can apply and operators on 3 or 4 or 5 Numbers still we will get
the smallest or equal to number right???
