How to add runtime.txt file in windows. the vi command is not working in windows
Adding runtimr.txt file
Actually vi is for linux or mac users as in their terminal vim is pre-installed. So now if we are using windows then we can create the file without using the terminal as we usually do or you can install the vim for the windows, so that you can use it on the terminal.
