Even after increasing the Learning Rate and MaxIter, the accuracy doesn’t seems to be decreasing. Although the error graph is converging over iteration.
Accuracy Not so Good

first thing the accuracy needs to increase and secondly we need to keep a relation between learning rate and iterations.
lower learning rate -> more iterations
higher learning rate -> less iterations.
