Accuracy issue in linear regression

I needed to ask why did I get 97% accuracy. How to improve it?

You need to work more on data feature engineering to improve your model performance , or even can try with different models on the go.

I would say 97% is still very good, but if you still want to work and try improving it then , just go ahead with above ideas.
