About the Accuracy of the submission

Why my accuracy is only 67%? I have produced the same csv file as shown. I have provided the screenshot. Left side my codes output and right side is the sample output.

Thought you have produced the csv file of similar format as sample csv file, but the content of both the csv file are quite different as you can see through the image content of csv on left side is different from the one on right side.
