u should create a dp array of size n and not n+1…
also in base case include that if a[0] == 0 then simply return INT_MAX…

its working fine and passing all test cases…

why cant i take the size as n+1? its a matter of 1 cell

if u take n+1 then run the inner loop from 1 and not 0
