Xor profit problem

the problem statement of this question is not clear and i want to know some more inputs and outputs to this

@Paritosh007 You are given two numbers , now you need to find xor of all the numbers between them and return the maximum value.
Eg x=3, y=6
then we need to find xor of 3,4 ; 3,5; 3,6; 4,5;,4,6; 5,6 and return which is maximum among them.
