size in Word2Vec means, how many dimensions you want to represent a single word. For e.g if you want every word should be represented by 50 dimensional vector, size=50
min_count is the minimum number of occurrence a word should have to be a potential candidate for the prediction, in the example of bollywood celebrity, if nick word doesnt appear more than min_count then the model will not be able to predict that priyanka is related to nick…
