Why TestCase 3 not passed!

		System.out.println("L");
	}
	
	else if (in>= 'A' && in<='Z') {
		System.out.println("U");
	}
	
	else {
		System.out.println("I");
	}
}

}

It passes all the test cases for me .check again.
