  1. you declare inside and outside variable as char but it should be array of character (input is string )
  2. line 8 should be outside[j]=’\0’; not “==”
  3. maintain a global count variable and for each base condition increment it and print it in the end.

Given input is string. You can’t store string in char datatype. You either need array of char or string datatype.
