Why i m getting low accuracy?

when i used rf.score(X_test,Y_pred) i got 100 percent but when i submitted i only got 83 %

You are getting 100 percent on using rf.score coz your model is prediction outputs and comparing it to the y_pred, which you already calculated. So your output of rf.score = y_pred. You are comparing output with itself.
