Why giving TLE on 2nd test case?

a) use multiset in place of set because distance of hostels can be same.
b) u are getting tle because for each query of type 2. u are performing O(k) operation so for q such query it will be O(q*k) which is too much operation.
hint -> use min heap to answer the query efficiently
