Why are we multiplying first instead of the last row of T^(n-1)?

Why in step 4: multiplying T^(n-1) with F1, we are multiplying – first instead of the last row-- of T^(n-1), to get nth term? As I thought that last row, when multiplied with vector, gives nth result at last row of resulting matrix.

its depends on how a matrix is made… i.e. you have kept your nth term in the 1st row or the last row…
