Weak Test Cases

I suppose the test cases are weak because I submitted the code by mistake without memoization and it was accepted. Although I used recursion, I submitted without memoizing or bottom up,

yeah may be test cases are weak.recursive solution is not supposed to pass as per mentioned constraints
