also i have use arr[i].length-1 which is equivalent to arr[0].length-1 then whats the problem

There is no problem. Actually the code that you submitted on 09 Jun 2020 00:46:20, you had used j =arr.length and i = arr.length. I edited that code until I saw your updated code.
