Using vs typedef vs define

I googled but found confusing results on which one to use when :-

using ll = long long;

typedef long long ll ;

define ll long long

[ NOTE:- there is a # before define keyword ]

typedef long long ll is used to write short form of long long as ll… same is the role of using ll = long long
define ll long long is also used for the same… basically all are same…
