can we take or instead of and in the condition for first while loop ?

yeah u can take or instead of and.

for that.
a) you need to add two more if statements inside while loop.
if(index of first array has exceeds its range)
{

}
if(index of second array has exceeds its range)
{

}

b) remove the other two loops.
