whats the reason to not using stack and queue

stack and queue allows data access only in particular order i.e LIFO in case of stack and FIFO in case of queue.

to check whether a url is there in the datastructure(stack/queue) or not we might need to traverse the complete datastruture due to which our access time will be slow.
thats why stack and queue is not a good option for this problem .
