in the given custom test case , l=1 and r=4 and x=6 then the maximum value of xor can be 7(111) by the xor of 6 and 1 but the answer is given as 10 . how?

It should be 14 I believe
If we pick 10 and xor it with 6 ans will be 14 which is max
