Why the accuracy is around 60% only ? I tried various values of estimators , max_depth but still the accuracy is 61% , why so ?

There are many reason why your acc is not increasing.
I can list some, it might be because you havent preprocessed the data well or you haven’t selected the necessary features, or you haven’t fitted the model well or your choice of model is very simple.
Try with different algorithms with different sets of well preprocessed training data.
You can see the leader board. The accuracy sure increases.
