Time limit exceeded

My code has no error so far but when I submit the code, it says that the time limit has exceeded for two cases while rest of the cases have passed. We had to do this question through recursion. Here’s the link to my code:

I do !! But mistakes like these kinda annoy me and lower my confidence tbh.

with time ,such mistakes will be less frequent
