Time limit error means that your code is taking more than the alloted time to execute . In order to calculate prime numbers I would suggest that you look into the concept of Sieves Of Eratosthenes .
It is one of the fastest algorithms to calculate the prime numbers and it’s video is also available under the Algo++ online course free trial .
