TILING PROBLEM - II Doubt

I dont understand how to implement the logic in the video. Please help.

u have just to fit the tile in the board
like board is nxm and tile is of 1xm
so u have to ways to fill the board eith horizontally or vertically
if u fill horizontally there is a row oof dimension 1xm and u have a tile of 1xm so u can filt that easily also u can fit it vertically for vertical u hve 1/xn dimension and tile of 1xm dimension so u hva rto check u can only fit if m<n
so this is how it work
