This is confusing

this whole lecture is confusing.
cmp is neither as function defined nor variable and code is running sucessfully

As you can see the function compare is define.
Here when writing the bubble_sort(a,b,c) here a,b,c are parameter which will be passed when bubble_sort() will be called. So cmp is just a name like:-
for eg :- int main(){
function(a,b,c);
}
int function(int x, int y, int z){}
As in this example you can see that we can use any name while writing the function.
