The problem is quiet confusing

if number doesnt begin with 0 then what should be done for the number which begins with 0.
Like what should be the output of 91?

@piyushabhiranjan30 hi buddy for 91 the output will be 91 only because if there is a beginning 0 you will change it with 9 simple as that. now for 95 it will be 94. 9 - 5 = 4, and 9 - 9 = 0 so 9 retained so 94.
