Test cases are not passing after several attempts

Spiral Anticlockwise array print :
I’ve checked my code at least 10 times and made all the required optimizations even my provided input test case is giving correct output I also changed the input output was coming absolutely right…I’ve been struck on this problem since 10-12 hours…Please help.
