TEST CASES are not passed

My code works perfect on the sample input. But test cases, are not passed. I have tried to use #t : answer, #n : answer and answer format for output but none of them work

  1. neither #t nor #n will work.
    Solution:
    Rather take a variable i, initialized to 1. Print #i and then increment it.
