Out of tensorflow and pytorch , which one is more better like in terms of speed, syntax-wise, deep learning model building and deployment etc. (consider GSOC in mind as well)

both of them work the same.
both have there own advantages and disadvantages.
pytorch syntax quite easier to understand and implement.
Tensorflow is mainly directed to words research , you can configure the functions in it at a deep level.
Where as in pytorch its not that deep , you work on an upper level , but yeah the plus point is that as pytorch is quite new in market, hence its quite under attention, and hence well updated by the community. So , you can find a lot of different models, weights, in pytorch that are not available in tensorflow.
SO ,
for research go for tensorflow.
for implementation go for pytorch.
