In the T-shirts question , while deciding the parameters of recursive function at 1:14::02 , why isnt the set of t-shirts 100C10 , since we need to choose 10 tshirts from 100 possibilities ?

every person have option choosing 1 tshirt out of 100 tshirts. there are 10 set of tshirt each having 100 thsirts.
