hello Abhishek,
a) your base case should be i>=n.
b) there will always exist an empty set and its sum will be zero (but in question empty set is not allowed). so u need to check whether there exist any non empty subset with sum zero.
it can be done easily by storing count of number of subset with sum zero. if count >=2 then answer will be yes otherwise no
