Please help me out…i am not able to think the base condition and the recursive call for this problem…not only this question…i am confused in most of the questions…please suggest me some tips also what should i do?

There are 2 cases
When you have considered all elements using recursion in sum. You’ll reach end of array. Then if number of elements picked is zero then return false or if sum is not zero return false. Else return true.
