if conditions need to be updated if (ce >= cs) and if (re >= rs)
also i have added the cnt conditon if at any point all the elements are traversed the while loop breaks

probably bhaiyas code would not pass all test cases,
i find it a bit incomplete >= signs need to added in the if condition
