You will get TLE as well as Wrong answer for this. TLE because of O(n^2) sort algo
You need to print the max salary first irrespective of the name. If the salary is equal only then compare the names.
Your code is not passing the Sample test case:

Correct output:
Bob 99
Alice 86
Suzy 86
Your output:
Bob 99
Suzy 86
